Dentists

Both, Drs Manish Shah and Kinnar Shah are committed to providing the most comprehensive dental care in a comfortable and professional atmosphere.

They have been trained in advanced cosmetic procedures, and are active in specialised continuing dental educational programs, which allows them to keep current with the changing technology and procedures in dentistry. The Doctors continue to advance in the art and science of dentistry through workshops and seminars.

Thorough listening, explaining the procedures and educating the patients is their top most priority. Examples of their cosmetic work can be viewed in the Smile Gallery.

Both Dentists are fully certified in

 

Invisalign treatments  (Invisalign accredited providers)

 

Laser Dentistry (Including diagnostic lasers, soft tissue and hard tissue lasers for general dental and surgical procedures)

 

Implant dentistry (both the surgical and Prosthetic procedures)

 

Dr. Manish Shah is also certified in facial cosmetics including anti-wrinkling treatment such as fillers and botulinum toxin (b. tox).

 

 

We make sure that Continuous Education is generally done every month in various areas of dentistry especially in the art of cosmetics and implant surgery. This allows the latest technology and advancements to be given to our clients.

On a personal note

Manish is dually qualified in Dental Surgery and Medicine. He received his dental degree at Sydney University in 1998 and completed his medical degree in 2006 also in Sydney University. His other interests lie in reading, simulation flying and playing the keyboard.

Kinnar qualified in Dental Surgery in Glasgow, UK. He is keen on his golf. Reading, playing badminton and snooker are part of his favourite hobbies.

Both brothers are originally from Kenya, E.Africa where they love to go on Safaris and enjoy the coastline beaches of Mombasa. They are fluent in quite a few languages including English, Hindi, Gujarati and Swahili.

Supporting Staff

Maria has a diploma in Business (Marketing). She originally had a retail background and then chose to pursue a career in the health profession. She enjoys a wide range of outdoor activities especially water sports. She loves dancing.

Nathalie is one of our dental nurses. She has been with Smile Concepts since September 2007 and is proving to be a valued team member.  Nathalie is also a member of Asi Es Colombia Folkloric Dance Group and also speaks fluent Spanish.

Eliedia is our other dental nurse. She has been with Smile Concepts since September 2007. Eliedia is also studying full time at Sydney Uni, Bachelors of Medical Science.
